  1. Welcome to the SportletiX™ 2026 Beta

Welcome to the 2026 Beta for SporteltiX™ (formerly known as TSA 360), Team Sports Enterprises’s evaluation program for the next version of TSA 360.   These Terms of Use ("Terms") -- together with our Privacy Policy -- govern your access to and use of SporteltiX™ (the "Software") and all associated products, customer care services, account services, web sites, mobile sites, applications, and related services (collectively, the "TSE Services" or the “Beta”) operated by Team Sports Enterprises, LLC for our 2026 Beta ("TSE," "we," "us," or "our").

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR SERVICES. THESE TERMS INCLUDE A DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTEE, A MANDATORY ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TSE Services. By using TSE, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Services Overview

The TSE Services includes software services for the registration and management of youth sports participants (“Players”), organized sports events including trainings, tournaments, and league play, and facilities used for those events.  This Beta generally includes the functionality available in TSA 360 along with new facilities management functionality.  However, TSE reserves the right to change the scope of the TSE Services.

  1. Accuracy in Use

TSE relies on your entering accurate information via the TSE Services including at time of registration.  Accurate data including on contact information and personal details ensures that we can communicate with you effectively.  Accordingly, You agree to ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete, and to inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provide when registering by updating your personal details.

  1. Eligibility for the SportletiX™ 2026 Beta

TSE Services are limited solely to youth sports organizations specifically selected by TSE and mutually agreed to for participation in the SportletiX™ 2026 Beta (“Beta Organizations”), and the parents/guardians, coaches, players, and staff of those Beta Organizations (“Beta Organization Users”).  Access of the TSE Services by parties that are not Beta Organizations or Beta Organization Users are not authorized to use the TSE Services.

You may not transfer any of your rights under these Terms to any other person.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and applicable U.S. Federal law, regardless of your state or country of residence.

  1. Minimum Age Requirement

The TSE Services provide limited functionality for Beta Organization Users who are under eighteen (18) years of age, such as players.  TSE Services functionality that for minors are prohibited, non-binding, or otherwise subject to legal, regulatory, or policy restrictions, including the ability to make payments, create Contract templates, and electronically sign contracts including waives, are not available for minors.

If you are a Beta Organization User under eighteen (18) years of age, access must be made through a parent, legal guardian, or authorized person holding a Power of Attorney (PoA) acting on the minor’s Beta Organization User’s behalf.

  1. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.  You are responsible for taking ordinary care to keep your own personal computer equipment secure from computer viruses and other malware.  TSE is not responsible for data breaches and other cybersecurity breaches resulting from failure to practice such ordinary care.

  1. Privacy Policy

Protecting privacy is a priority for TSE.  TSE’s Privacy Policy v1.1 for the SportletiX™ 2026 Beta is hereby incorporated by reference in this Terms and may be found here: https://members.el1baseball.com/privacy

  1. Sub-processors

The TSE Services use third-party service providers (sub-processors) including but not limited to:

By using our Services, you agree to their applicable terms and privacy policies.

The TSE Services make use of third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, storage providers).  TSE is not responsible for their content or services.

  1. Open Source Notice

The SignetiX™ portion of the TSE Services is based on the Docuseal open source platform which is subject to the GNU Affero General Public License 3.0 (“AGPL 3.0”).  The text of the AGPL 3.0 license can be found at https://www.gnu.org/licenses/agpl-3.0.en.html.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Use TSE Services for any activity that is in any way harmful, unlawful, illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening or otherwise objectionable or in breach of any applicable law or regulation.

  • Use TSE Services in any way which causes, or may cause, damage to the TSE or TSE Services or interferes with any other person’s use or enjoyment of TSE Services.

  • Violates the intellectual property rights of any party.

  • Access or attempt to access unauthorized areas of the TSE Services.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, make use of Generative Artificial Intelligence tools, or otherwise recreate any or all of the TSE Service software for commercial use.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and designs are the property of TSE or its licensors. You may not reuse, distribute, or modify any content of the TSE Services without explicit permission.

  1. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, which may result in your not receiving refunds for payments You may have made. You may cancel your account at any time. However, upon termination, You must stop all use of the TSE Services.  Upon termination, data may be deleted.

  1. Class Action Waiver, Arbitration, Venue

In the event of any dispute, You waive any claims via class action, and agree to resolution directly with TSE, via arbitration in King County, Washington, under JAMS (formerly “Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services”).

  1. Disclaimers

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE TSE SERVICES INCLUDES NON-PRODUCTION SOFTWARE UNDER EVALUATION UNDER REAL WORLD CONDITIONS ("BETA SOFTWARE") AND THAT YOUR USE OF THE BETA SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RISK AND THAT TSE PROVIDES THIS BETA SOFTWARE ON AN "AS IS" BASIS.  TSE DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, AND MAKES NO REPRESENTATION THAT THE BETA SOFTWARE IS FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  TSE MAKES NO WARRANTEES THAT THE BETA SOFTWARE IS FREE OF DEFECT OR THAT THE TSE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR TO THE RELIABILITY OR ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE BETA SOFTWARE.  YOU AGREE THAT ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR TO YOU, THROUGH YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM, OR AS A RESULT OF LOSS OF DATA FROM YOUR USE OF THE TSE SERVICES INCLUDING THE BETA SOFTWARE IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY AND THAT THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY SUCH DAMAGE OR LOSS.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TSE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages for use of the TSE Services.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of any portion of the TSE Services after any update indicates your acceptance of the changes.
